Hamilton, MT is a small, friendly community that is approximately 9 miles west of the Skalkaho Lodge. It has a population of 4,100 people, two grade schools and one of the newer high schools in the state. Missoula, MT lies forty-five miles to the north with a population of 65,000. Missoula is home to the University of Montana, fine dining, shopping, air service and all the conveniences of a small city.

AREA RECREATION
The Skalkaho Lodge and Ravalli County host some of the finest recreational opportunities in the state.
